Diet plays the most important part for the health of your body. Thus it should not be avoided. Your diet needs to include enough proteins, vitamins and good carbs. Vegetables and fruits are the biggest sources of them. You should consume the fruits and vegetables that have high water content as they are easy to digest and make your skin healthy. 

5. Use Cow Ghee: Cow Ghee makes digestion system better and throws out toxins out of your body. It is an anti aging ingredient which makes the skin look younger. It also reduces anxiety and stress and helps to prevent migraine attacks.
